I Participated in the Oro Valley Farmers Market mesquite Milling today at the Oro Valley town hall. Desert Harvesters had their trailer there and I helped Jeau, Charley,staff and another staff person.

The day went real well, very smoothly, with little to no problems and almost perfect pods. The people coming to get pods milled were happy, cooperative, patient, and appreciative.

Charley and Jeau had a system set up for tracking the quantities and yields. The tall white 6′ tables were excellent for checking pods allowing a 5 gallon bucket to be poured out and easily sorted through.
